"You find peace not by rearranging the circumstances of your life, but by realizing who you are at the deepest level." -Eckhart Tolle

Here, healing begins with being truly heard. Through deep listening and compassion, we create a safe space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. From this foundation of trust, we offer practical therapeutic tools that foster resilience, clarity, and growth—empowering individuals not just to cope, but to thrive with purpose.

SCHEDULING

How to Book a Session:

You are welcome to book your session by contacting us via phone, email, or through the contact page on this site.

When calling by telephone, please be aware that you may be directed to voicemail. In that case, please leave a brief message with your name, contact information, date and time of call, and preferred call-back time.  Please also indicate whether it is okay for us to leave a detailed message when we return your call.

Please Note:

Reduced fee is available for those with financial hardship.

Insurance Coverage
Counselling sessions are not currently covered under the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP). However, some extended benefits plans do offer partial or full coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC's). Pacific Blue Cross & Great-West Life are two plans that have been known to include coverage for RCC's. It may also be possible for you to choose your counsellor under your insurance's Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).
It is strongly advised you check with your union, human resources manager, and/or your insurance provider to determine the extent of coverage your plan offers you each year.

Please note:

There is a 24-hour notice policy for all schedule changes and cancellations -- you must give us 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the appointment.

Workshops and Groups:

From time to time, notices about workshops, group-counselling sessions, and other happenings that may be of interest to you will be posted here.
